Doll requires 2 weeks processing time + 1–2 weeks for shipping (UPS 5-10 Day Expedited Shipping)= 3-4 weeks total delivery time (estimated).
Dolls are shipped directly from China, where our Factory is located.
The doll will be delivered directly to you discreetly packaged in a blank brown box. Signature is required for delivery.
On the rare occasion, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.
Sex Doll is a custom product that is created especially for you. Orders can not be cancelled for any reason.
We usually cannot edit or add custom options after the order is placed. If you would like to add or changes something, contact us in 12H after order is placed. 
We will update your order with the tracking number after the doll is ready for shipping.

CUSTOMS FEES
In some countries, import taxes might be required at delivery. We have nothing to do with this, it is required by some countries, and it usually ranges from $120 to $200 and up, depending on the doll. Buyer is responsible for import taxes.

DISCREET PACKAGING
The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. Your doll will be labelled “TPE mannequin”. Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.
